Hi Linda, I clicked on the video and it had a notice that said it was private and could only be viewed with friend invitation?
Thanks, I made the adjustment. Also thanks for the visit.......
Russell,
Thanks! Its my Flip Camcorder. I love it, so easy to use, I take it everywhere.
Hi Linda - My husband has a flip - he loves his too ;) Great local post!

OK I am really impressed now and did not realize Flip's had zoom or could take such good pictures. I need to check them out! Thanks!
Hi Linda, I came back and lo and behold it is all fixed and ready to view. I have a Flip and haven't used it much of late. I want the new Flip HD version. But I can say this. I would use a tripod with rotating head if I started to use it again. Holding it and trying to give even a somewhat " non jerky " view is too difficult for me. Glad to see that more and more real estate professionals are using them because they are easy and can give a good tour of the property and are so easy to upload to You Tube. Do you use any editing software?
William,
I have the tripod, I'm still trying to find the best way to film. When filming a neighborhood I'm usually driving and filming out the window. Trust me it's safer that it sounds. I'm usually under 5 mph.
The FLIP has made life very easy. I upload to YouTube, more Google juice.
