Recently I had the opprotunity to show several John Weiland Homes and was reminded what a special place Cary Park Southbridge is in Cary NC.John Weiland Homes are semi-custom and reside in the $500,000 + price range. They are know for thier all brick exterior, built-ins, amazing kitchens and of course those master bathrooms.
Every year during the Wake County Parade of Homes you can expect something unique and special from John Weiland Homes. Cary NC looks to these homes as trend setters. I can remember the year they designed the kithcen island using differend color cabinetry. For example cherry cabinets and a whitewashed island. It was an awesome idea that took hold in our Cary market.
Cary Park Southbridge was the original John Weiland Homes neighborhood followed a few years later by Glenkirk adjacent to the Preston community in central Cary. These executive homes fill a niche for the quality minded buyer.
