Cary NC Pulte, Centex, and Del Webb Honor Top Triangle Real Estate Agents
Just the other night I was invited to a dinner for Cary NC Pulte, Centex and Del Webb to honor top Triangle real estate agents. It was quite the event at Crabtree's Brio Tuscan Grill. We were being honored for our top sales of Pulte, Centex and Del Webb homes over the past year. Complimentary cocktails, hord' oeuvers, and giveaways were on the menu. The company's top brass was present and made the rounds to personally thank all of us for our business. It was really special that they took the time to recognioze our efforts.
This past year I sold 5 Pulte Del Webb Carolina Preserve homes. Carolina Preserve is a 55+ community with a 34,000 amenities center. I tell clients it's like Disney World for adults. The homes are economical and full of upgrades. The best part is that the community is full of like mined people.
