Cary NC installs AqustarWater System. The Aquastar Water System is a digital wireless water meter reader. This system will be able to monitor water usage on a daily basis and detect leaks immediately. The Town of Cary Utilities Dept simply does a "drive-by". This new system will replace the need for traditional Meter Reader that walk the neighborhoods manually reading
subterranean meters.
Cary NC has long been a high-tech hub so this innovation really should come as no surprise.
The Aquastar Water System is expected to save the Town of Cary 2 million dollars.
Aquastar was officially announced at the Town of Cary - State of Cary Mayoral Speech.
