The rising trend of Cary NC Housing Statistics and Trends continues! February 2010 we saw 214% rise of pending sales over 2009. March 2010 pending sales are up 65% over 2009. With just days left before the April 30 the tax credit deadline the big question remains, "Will the up trend continue?" If new construction pre-sales are any indication my humble opinion is that the trend will continue. I've been out in the market and buyers are scooping up pre-sales homes in new communities with no hope of closing before the June 30th tax credit deadline.
Homes in the $350,000 and under are still selling well. $400,000 + market still remains a challenge.
