Cary NC homes for sale are still stable. The number of home for this time of year are expectedly low. Inventory of homes for sale through the Holiday Season is always light. Sales light too.We are looking forward to an active spring season in Cary NC. Sellers can expect to break even. While Buyers can still expect to be in the "driver's seat".
The Cary NC market continues to be a "price war and a beauty contest". Meaning Sellers should, pre-inspect, make their home as desirable as possible, and price competitively. Buyers are being very particular.
This summer I showed one Buyer 76 homes, another 62. Buyers are eliminating homes because of smells, carpet color, and minor repairs.
