Carolina Preserve Del Webb Amberly
Kenwood & Muirfield Villa Models
Sorry to say today the
hybrid is full of mud because of my recent visit to Carolina Preserve Del Webb
Amberly. I was assisting clients during their
final walk through of their new Muirfield
Villa. This winter has been quite wet and yet the building
continues at Carolina
Preserve. The Muirfield
and Kenwood Villa models are adjoining town home style
homes within the Carolina
Preserve Active Adult Community.
Each home has a two car garage, screen porch, attic space, patio, and open floor plan. The adjoining wall runs the length of the garage. The base price is below $200,000.
Carolina Preserve's western Cary location is close to such Cary amenities as the Greenway, the newly announced Parkside Town Commons Mall, Amberly neighborhood amenities, SAS Golf Championship at Prestonwood, Cary Visual Arts, and much more....
