Cary NC Housing Trend Statistics are provided in the graph below. To the left you will see the NUMBER OF HOMES at the bottom the MONTHS.Graphed is a one year span of the Number of Homes FOR SALE, Number of Homes SOLD , Number of Homes PENDING.
You can clearly see by the graph our Cary NC spring market. So if you are moving to Cary NC our inventory is at its highest in May and June.
The number of PENDING homes is up from October '08.
This can only be attributed to the $8000 First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit and the NEW Home Buyer's Tax Credit
While moving to Cary NC. is a big decision having the right facts will make the decision easier.
