Cary NC Housing Stats and Trends  - August 2010

Where have all the buyers gone in Cary NC?  Is the sediment looking at Cary NC housing stats and trends - August 2010.

The weather is still registering in the low 90*, yet it is evident Fall has arrived in Real Estate.  Traditionally the Fall months bring a slow down.  Families are back from vacation, school is in session, holidays are pending.  This year is no exception.

While PENDING sales are UP over last month the rest of the market is in a slight decline when compared to last year.  That is not saying much, last year was down too.

INVENTORY is showing a slight decline as well.

Is it a good time to buy in Cary NC?  YES! Prices are low and sellers are willing.
