Cary NC housing trends and stats - September 2010 can only be described as down.  A great time to buy!  Interest rated are LOW, LOW LOW!   Relocation buyers and sellers are driving our market at this point.  Research Triangle Park continues to be the life-blood of the Triangle.

While buyers and sellers are still in the market it has slowed.  This is the best time of year to prepare for the Spring Market 2011.  Just a reminder our Spring Market begins in February.
